BoxRoute is operated by SavX Ventures. These terms describe use of the BoxRoute public website and its informational content. The website introduces software for container suppliers, brokers, and trucking teams.

Use of a signed-in BoxRoute workspace may be subject to separate agreements and organization-specific permissions. This website does not replace those agreements or establish pricing, payment terms, or a service-level commitment.

2. Platform information and access

BoxRoute has three core areas: Super Vendor, Broker, and Trucking. Information on this website provides an overview. Available features and access depend on the organization, role, and service configuration.

Interface illustrations contain sample data. They are explanatory visuals and are not live operational records or a guarantee of a particular workspace layout. Contact us to confirm suitability for your needs before relying on a specific capability.

3. Account responsibilities

If you have access to a BoxRoute account, use only credentials and permissions assigned to you or expressly authorized by your organization. Keep account credentials confidential, maintain accurate account details, and report suspected unauthorized access to the support team. Do not attempt to access another organization’s data or exceed your assigned permissions.

4. Acceptable use

Use the website and any authorized service access lawfully and with respect for other users and businesses. Do not:

• Interfere with the website, its infrastructure, or another user’s access.
• Attempt to bypass authentication or access controls, or introduce malicious code.
